An evening of movement, music, stillness & ceremony

Join us for a soul-nourishing evening of yoga, sound, and sacred ritual beneath a canopy of trees.

Surrounded by nature and accompanied by the gentle resonance of live cello by the incredible Emily Youngheart , we’ll move through a grounding and flowing Yin & Yang Yoga practice — balancing strength and softness, effort and ease.

After movement, we’ll settle into stillness with a guided Yoga Nidra — a deeply restorative meditation often called "yogic sleep."

While your body rests in complete stillness, your awareness is gently guided inward, allowing for nervous system repair, emotional processing, and access to the deeper layers of consciousness.
