ABOUT ME

Hey .. thank you for checking in and reading about me - its hard to write when asked what you think about yourself... but here's trying whilst also working at keeping it brief.

I’m a mum of three gorgeous and of course sometimes not so gorgeous boys, love to party and also fascinated by wellness tools that help me navigate this bonkers world and help me be a better more balanced human. Over the past decade, I’ve navigated my fair share of life’s ups and downs—serious health challenges within my family, my own hurdles, and the everyday chaos of raising three kids while my husband traveled extensively. Through it all, yoga has been my anchor. Honestly, I’m not sure where I’d be without the practice.

My connection with yoga began in childhood when I unknowingly mimicked my mum’s morning stretches. Im now in my 50's and have spent well over 30 years with yoga in my life.. I'm now what is called a "senior yoga teacher" with more than a decade of teaching experience, I’ve built a treasure trove of tools and insights to share in every session. I used to have a career in TV but this is so much more and where my heart truly is.

In my classes, you’ll find a fusion of teachings that flow like a story. I aim to craft each class carefully..  to take you on your own little journey with an introduction, an incentive, a climax, and a resolution.

Yoga,  is so much more than physical movement; it’s a way to reconnect. And my hope is to bring this gorgeous practise which is also a way of life  to help others so they feel feel stronger, calmer and happier with themselves and the world. By embracing the body, using the breath, and settling  the monkey mind, I believe we can all uncover a deeper sense of connection, peace, and joy.

Over the years, I’ve delved into anatomy, esoteric yoga, yoga Nidra, women’s health yoga, and Kundalini yoga. I’ve also expanded my practice to include breath-work facilitation, sound bath therapy, and life coaching.

So, whether you’re looking to flow, breathe, or simply find a moment of stillness, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey toward becoming the best version of yourself. If anyone says they don't like yoga - I challenge them to try again because its way more than movement its a way of life - and has so many styles, so many layers, so many teachers, so many levels that it really does have something to offer everyone.

I know you too can love it as much as I do. xxx
